Terms and Conditions of the CHTrader Support Service and CHTrader Website

These terms and conditions (referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to the services offered by CHTrader Support and to the use by you of the CHTrader website. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using CHTrader Support and the website. Usage of the support services and website is conditional upon your agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Limited Warranty: CHTrader Support will perform its obligations under the Terms and Conditions in a professional manner. The support and access to this website are provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind, and any use of the support and access to this website is at your own risk. With regard to the support and this website, CHTrader Support does not warrant that the functions contained in the software or this website will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the software or this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the software can be corrected. Furthermore, CHTrader Support does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the software or this website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by CHTrader Support or its authorised representatives can in any way create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty, and neither may any oral or written information or advice given by CHTrader Support or its authorised representatives be interpreted as in any way creating a warranty or increasing the scope of this warranty. CHTrader Support disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
CHTrader Support will not be liable for your inability to learn or use the software, or for any loss of your move information or price data. CHTrader Support will endeavour to make historical price data for the relevant currency pairings available but cannot be held responsible for any data inaccuracies or inconsistencies. CHTrader Support is not obligated to supply ongoing alert histories or provide any other form of alert information or comparison. It is your responsibility to choose your own management setting combination and to collect live signals and live price data where required.
Content of all support material and information provided by CHTrader Support is not rendering any investment or other professional advice. If investment or other professional advice is required, the services of a competent and qualified professional person should be sought.
Scope: CHTrader Support is available only for CHTrader software use. Only current versions of the software are supported. Support cannot be provided for any other software including trading platform software, data supply software or Microsoft software. Support cannot be provided for data connection where the data supply cannot be connected through the CHTrader software by means of a shortcut connection option in the data source menu. If support is required for any software other than the CHTrader software, the relevant suppliers of that software should be contacted.
CHTrader Support will endeavour to address all support enquiries in a timely and professional manner. Answers to support enquiries will generally be provided within 24 hours but may be provided beyond 24 hours of receipt of support enquiries. Where enquiries concern matters that must be researched or tested, replies may be delayed. Resolution may be delayed if specific information describing the problem or question is not provided by you.
All reasonable care will be used to try to resolve problems. No warranty can be given that all problems will be resolved. CHTrader Support reserves the right to not provide support for cases where CHTrader Support has determined that the software is being used without all of the system requirements having been met as specified in the System Requirements documentation supplied with the software or where incomplete information has been given in relation to system requirements and/or the support enquiry.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change and you are responsible for reviewing the Pricing Schedule from time to time and remaining aware of the Fees charged by CHTrader Support.
Links: Any links to external sites provided to you by CHTrader Support or through the CHTrader website are provided to you only as a convenience. CHTrader Support accepts no responsibility for the content of any linked website, any link contained in a website, any changes or updates to such websites, web casting or any other form of transmission received from any linked website. You acknowledge the accuracy and performance of linked websites are beyond CHTrader Support’s control and are not warranted or supported by CHTrader Support. The inclusion of any link or the content in any link does not imply endorsement by CHTrader Support of the site or the contents therein.
Children: Children (persons under the age of 18 years) are not eligible to use our services and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us.
Information Collection: This website collects, at the time of your registration on this website, certain “personal information” (information that personally identifies you) including but not limited to your name, email address, home or work address, telephone number, and information about your computer hardware and software (e.g. IP address, operating system, browser type, domain name, URL, access times, and referring web site addresses).
The primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a smooth and efficient experience. This allows us to provide services and features that most likely meet your needs, and to customise our services to make your experience easier.
If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you.
As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personal information about you to any third party.
Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Information: Following registration and subscription, you can review and change the information you submitted during registration including:
- Your password.
- Your registration information such as: name, address, state, postcode, country, email address and phone number.
Security: Your Information is stored on a server located in the United States. Industry standard efforts are used to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. All payments are processed by PayPal, a third party payment gateway, over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and credit card details are never collected or stored by this website. While we implement the above security measures on this site, you should be aware that 100% security is not always possible.
Use of Terms: CHTrader Support is provided subject to the Terms and Conditions, as they may be amended by CHTrader Support and published on this website, and any guidelines, rules or operating policies that CHTrader Support may establish and release from time to time. By posting updated versions of these Terms and Conditions on the CHTrader website, or otherwise providing notice to you, CHTrader Support may modify the Terms and Conditons and may discontinue or revise any or all other aspects of support at its sole discretion. All such changes shall become effective upon posting of the revised Terms and Conditions.
